Cobar's Australia Day Celebrations - Saturday, 26 January 2019

Cobar's Australia Day Celebrations will be held on Saturday, 26 January 2018 at the Cobar Memorial Swimming Pool.

There are a number of activities planned and we would greatly appreciate if you would come and celebrate with us.

We are a nation of stories and each the owner of our own tales. They are formed by our experiences, backgrounds, ancestors and communities.

All our stories are made to be shared amd we weave them together to shape our home, Australia.

Australia Day is an opportunity for Cobar to come together in the spirit of friendship and harmony, showcasing the unique and diverse culture that makes us Australian.

Lets commemorate this Australia Day in a way that reflects our connection with Australia, whether that be as an Indigenous Australian, as a newly immigrated Australian or as an Australian-born citizen. No matter where people come from or their experience in Australia, our national day is a day for everyone.
