Draft Plan of Management - Community Land– Natural Areas
On 22 June 2023, Moree Plains Shire Council resolved the draft Plan of Management, Community Land for Natural Areas.
The Land is ‘public land’ for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993 and is classified Community. Council gives notice that pursuant to section 38 of the Local Government Act this draft Plan of Management is on public exhibition for a period of 28 days.
The draft Plan of Management is available for public inspection at the Council’s offices at Level 2/30 Heber Street, Moree NSW 2400, between the hours of 9am and 5pm weekdays from 29 June 2023 until 27 July 2023.
Making a submission
Written submissions may be made within the public inspection period specified above and for a further 14 days after the inspection period closes and must be marked ‘draft Plans of Management – Community Land’ and sent by 10 August 2023 to:
