My Aged Care - learn about different government funded support EnCOMPASS: Multicultural Aged Care Connector  Cumberland City Council Seniors and Disability Team Services - assistance available from Council Mindfulness and Self-Care - practice mindfulness and learn about the benefits of a self-care routine Zumba Presentation - exercise and learn new dance moves that you can do at home
