By submitting an application your place has not been ‘reserved’ or ‘booked’. The status of your application is pending assessment. Following assessment of your application you will be notified within four weeks of the closing date if your application has been successful or unsuccessful.

Each event must be applied for separately using the Apply Now button. 

No payment is required to submit an application.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

You must fill out the online application form to be considered. Applications received by post will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions 

Please refer to Council's General Terms and Conditions for Approved Stallholders at Events 2018 (327KB). Please note all stallholders applying must provide their own Public and Product Liability Insurance of at least $20,000,000.

Responsibilities

Upon submitting your application you will be asked if you agree that - I/We certify that I/we will accept responsibility under the NSW Food Act 2003, the Food Regulation 2015, the Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Code (FSANZ), Trade Practices Act 1975 (Cwlth), Trade Measurement Act 1989 (repealed), Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW) as the proprietor of the stall.

Sunset Series

Sunset Series is in St Leonards Park, North Sydney, with a stellar line up of live music, DJ compilations, food trucks and the perfect setting for a sunset picnic with family and friends. Taking place on two nights, and there will be limited number of food stallholder positions available at these events. There are 3x3m sized stalls available and food trucks/trailers are permitted at this event.

Twilight Food Fair

Stallholder applications for this event are CLOSED.

Twilight Food Fair has been operating since 1990. The event is held in Ted Mack Civic Park, 200 Miller St, North Sydney.

The 2022 season will operate after a delayed start date, every Friday from 14 January 2022 to 25 March 2022. This will be an 11 date season. Approved stallholders are expected to attend every week of the season.

Twilight Food Fair will operate in a COVID-safe manner and will be subject to NSW Public Health Orders at the time of the event. Stallholders will be required to abide by NSW Government COVID-19 Safety Plan requirements. Live music and family friendly activities will accompany the Twilight Food Fair experience.

New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve is the busiest night of the year in North Sydney with tens of thousands of people visiting our foreshore to view the fireworks.

A limited number of food stallholder positions will be available for this event at five North Sydney locations: Bradfield Park/Mary Booth Reserve, Blues Point Reserve, Cremorne Point, Waverton and Watt Park/Quibaree Park. Council reserves the right to determine the location of stalls.

Australia Day – BBQ by the Bridge

Stallholder applications for this event are CLOSED.

 BBQ by the Bridge will complement the Australia Day Council’s harbour program. This event celebrates Australia’s cultural diversity, building on the tradition of an Aussie backyard BBQ, to create a multicultural park food event featuring barbequed foods from a variety of international cuisines. Bradfield Park is the perfect viewing space for the harbour events. The event will include live music and children's activities. Crowds of up to 15,000 are expected to attend the event to celebrate.

A limited number of barbequed food stallholder positions will be available for this event. Two coffee and two dessert stall positions are also available.

3x3m sized stalls and food trucks/trailers are permitted at this event.

Bradfield Bark

Stallholder applications for this event are CLOSED. 

2022 date TBC, Bradfield Park, Milsons Point

To celebrate our canine community, Council will be rolling out the grass carpet and invites all dogs and their families to join in the fun and games! The day’s program will be packed full of food, music, entertainment and activities for fur residents and their human companions to enjoy. It's bound to be the pawfect day out!

Bradfield Bark is proudly supporting Sydney Dogs and Cats Home as a charity partner for the event. Gold coin donations will be collected on the day.
