Planning Agreement- DA021/18 (MOD039/19) – 86 Lot Residential Subdivision, Lot 1 DP 1230208, 43 Hillcrest Avenue, Bowenfels NSW 2790

Council is in receipt of a Draft Planning Agreement for a contribution to go towards Council’s provision of a link road between James O’Donnell Drive and Col Drew Drive, Bowenfels; and to install a concrete island and “No Right Turn” signage on the James O’Donnell Drive approach to the Great Western Highway. The Agreement is in respect to Development Consent an 86 Lot Residential Subdivision, Lot 1 DP 1230208, 43 Hillcrest Avenue, Bowenfels NSW 2790.

The Agreement is available for public inspection at Council’s Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days (excluding public holidays) ending on the 3 May 2021.

During this period any person may inspect the Planning Agreement and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s reference DA021/18 (Mod039/19). All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration.
