Monckton Aquatic Centre will be transformed into a spooky spectacular on Friday 15 January for the Fright Night Pool Party.

The family friendly event has something for all ages, with child-friendly activities scheduled for the early evening, followed by a screening of scary movie The Meg for the older kids and adults.

Monckton Aquatic Centre Manager John Roberts said it will be a fun way for families to make the most of the school holidays.

“Our pool parties are always a highlight of the holidays, and the Fright Night Pool Party will be the best yet,” he said.

“We have a huge array of fun activities for everyone, including an inflatable racecourse, food stalls, a popcorn machine, as well as the movie screening. All three pools will also be available to swim in.”

Tickets are $8 per person, and numbers will be limited to adhere to COVID restrictions.

To ensure you don’t miss out, tickets can be pre-purchased at the Monckton Aquatic Centre, or alternatively, you can purchase at the gate on the night.

The event will run from 6:00pm until 10:30pm.
