CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR CLOSURES

Customer Service / Administration Centre

Council’s Customer Service / Administration Centre (including Rigby House) will be closed between Christmas and New Year. These offices will close at 4.30pm Wednesday, 23 December 2020 and re-open for business at 8.30am on Monday, 4 January 2021.

During this period, people wishing to report matters of an urgent nature such as water and sewer breaks, dog problems and urgent road maintenance should ring Council’s listed phone number (02) 6648 4000.

Regional Gallery and Museum

The Coffs Harbour Regional Gallery and Museum will be closed Thursday, 24 December and Public Holidays (25-26, 28 December and 1 January) – normal opening days/hours (Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm) otherwise apply.

Libraries

All libraries will be closed Thursday, 24 December and Public Holidays (25-26, 28 December and 1 January) – normal opening days/hours otherwise apply (see below):

The Harry Bailey Memorial Library (central library): Monday to Friday, 10am to 12 noon, 1pm to 5pm; and Saturday 10am to 12 noon. Toormina and Woolgoolga branch libraries: Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm; and Saturday 10am to 12 noon.

Jetty Memorial Theatre (Box Office)

The Jetty Memorial Theatre (Box Office) will be closed Thursday, 24 December and re-open at 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 5 January 2021.

Community Village (Reception Office)

The Community Village (Reception Office) will be closed Thursday, 24 December and re-open on Monday, 4 January 2021.

Works Depots (Nana Lane, Marcia Street and Woolgoolga)

Council’s Works Depots will be closed Thursday, 24 December 2020 and re-open on Monday, 4 January 2021.

Beach Patrols

Patrols will operate as normal; details are available at:

Waste Services

Your kerbside waste collection services will continue as normal with no interruption over the Christmas and New Year period, including public holidays.

The Englands Road waste management facility and public recycling drop off will be closed to the public on Christmas Day (25 December).

There will be no changes to the opening hours for the three waste transfer stations at Woolgoolga, Lowanna and Coramba – which will be open weekends including on Boxing Day (26 December).
