Kyogle Council News 5 Nov 2020

Are you or someone you know affected by drought?

The National Drought and Flood Agency and NSW Farmers are coming Woodenbong, Urbenville, Tabulam and Drake to provide support and advice on the drought and challenges like COVID-19.

The two organisations particularly want to get in touch with farmers and farm suppliers/contractors who are struggling with cashflow so they can help the access Australian Government assistance.

They will also have people on site to assist eligible households apply for a $500 Rotary debit card and one-off cash payments of $3,000 through the Salvation Army.

This is an excellent opportunity for farmers, families and rural communities to find out what support is available during drought and tough times.
