Business Awards nominations open

Nominations and entries for the 2020 Condobolin Business Awards are now open.

The awards will be held from 6.30pm on Friday September 25, 2020 at the SRA Hall, Diggers Avenue, Condobolin.

Key dates are as follows:

·         29 August 2020 - Nominations and entries open

·         11 September 2020 - Nominations & entries close

·         21 September 2020 - Finalists announced

·         25 September 2020 - Awards presentation & dinner

The categories for the awards are:

·         Outstanding Employee

·         Outstanding Apprentice/Trainee

·         Outstanding Business Leader

·         Excellence in Business

·         Longstanding/Enduring Business

·         Outstanding Customer Service

·         Outstanding Employer of Choice

·         Excellence in Agriculture

The Condobolin Chamber of Commerce is a passionate group of local business leaders aiming to improve the economic climate of Condobolin and build a network of local businesses to support each other. They encourage shopping local through the “Why Leave Town” program.

Condobolin Chamber of Commerce Secretary Emily Sinderberry said the awards would give recognition to the local business community.

“Our selection process strives to be as fair and transparent as possible, with an emphasis on professional excellence and impact,” she said. “All judging of the awards will be completed by Business NSW with no input from the Chamber of Commerce or any local individuals.

“If COVID-19 rules change before the awards presentation on the 25th September we will take the awards presentation online and all ticket purchases will be refunded,” she said.
