Council’s response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) Posted Wednesday 18 March 2020

In the interests of public health, Mosman Council has suspended or cancelled a range of programs, activities and events at its facilities.

Community Care, Markets, Library and Gallery

All regular group and social activities run by Mosman Square Seniors Centre are suspended, until at least the end of May. Please be assured that Council will continue to deliver services to support elderly and more vulnerable residents, such as Community Transport and Mosman Meals.

Barry O’Keefe Library and Mosman Art Gallery events and activities are suspended until at least the end of April. Monthly Saturday and quarterly night markets are cancelled until at least the end of May.

Mosman Square Seniors Centre, Barry O’Keefe Library and Mosman Art Gallery all remain open to visitors for now, with precautionary measures such as hand sanitizer stations, and advice to observe recommended social distancing measures. Council has also increased the frequency of cleaning at high use facilities, such as public bathrooms.
