Additional Temporary Closure of Portland Landfill

 Lithgow City Council wishes to advise another temporary closure of Portland Landfill will occur on Thursday 19th December 2019 to allow asphalting to occur at the front entrance.

The asphalting is part of upgrade works to improve site safety. The landfill will re-open on Friday 20th December.

Residents affected may use the Wallerawang landfill on the day of the scheduled closure or the Lithgow solid waste facility to ensure there is minimal inconvenience.
