Amenity upgrades at Balmoral

Council has begun upgrade works to improve the public restroom amenities located in the Balmoral Baths building, the Balmoral Tramshed opposite Hunter Park and the southern end of the Bathers’ Pavilion. The scope includes maintenance works in addition to upgrades of fixtures and finishes.

While works are being carried out, alternative facilities are available and directional signage to each is available at all sites. The works have been staged to minimise disruption and are scheduled to be completed in October 2019, weather permitting.

Signage for pedestrian traffic management has been erected and some parking spaces will be used as work zone/supplies storage at selected areas along The Esplanade during the works as required.
