At its meeting on 22 July 2019 Council resolved to exhibit its intention to enter into a Licence Agreement with Lithgow Croquet Club Inc. for use and occupation of the Lithgow Croquet clubhouse and fields situate at Glanmire Oval, Lithgow being part of the land comprised in Lot 45 Deposited Plan 171939.
The Licence Agreement will be publicly exhibited from Monday 5 August 2019 to Tuesday 3 September 2019 (inclusive) in accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act, 1993. The draft Licence Agreement will be available on Council’s website at www.lithgow.nsw.gov.au and at the Council Administration Building during the exhibition period.
Written submissions marked “Submission – draft Licence Agreement to Lithgow Croquet Club Inc.” must be received by Council no later than 4pm on Wednesday 4 September 2019.
