Lithgow City Council wishes to advise the temporary closure of Cullen Bullen Landfill on Tuesday 25th June 2019 to allow waste compaction operations to take place safely.

The temporary closure is necessary to allow the safe use of large machinery to place, compact and cover the waste.

Residents affected may use either the Portland Landfill or the Lithgow Solid Waste Facility on the day of the scheduled closure to ensure there is minimal inconvenience.
