All community, sporting or educational organisations serving community members in the Moree Plains Shire are welcome to propose projects or programs that will have a large impact on a broad segment of the Moree Plains Shire community or that can provide practical solutions to current community needs.

Council wishes to advise the community that it will consider eligible applications for financial assistance under the Community Enhancement Fund and Public Donations Fund at its meeting on Thursday 11 July 2019.

So what can you apply for?

Under the Public Donations Fund applications up to $3,000 can be considered Under the Community Enhancement Fund applications up to $25,000 can be considered.

Individuals or groups wishing to apply for financial assistance are required to complete and submit a Community Enhancement Fund or Public Donations Fund Application Form by no later than 5pm 14 June 2019 to enable the application to be considered. In accordance with Council Policy, applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
