Operating hours for the Easter and Anzac Day public holidays

Emergency calls during this period should be directed to Council's 24 hour telephone service on 02 4645 4000.

During the Easter and Anzac Day holiday periods you can still report non-urgent neighbourhood or property issues online. Requests will be processed from 23 April (after Easter) and 26 April (after Anzac Day).

You can also pay a selection of Council services online (e.g. Council rates, child care fees and tax invoices).

Waste services

During the Easter and Anzac Day public holiday periods you can:

Easter (Friday 19 April and Monday 22 April)

Bins and kerbside clean ups will be collected as usual over the Easter period. There will be no changes to waste services - you can check your bin pick up days online.

ANZAC Day (Thursday 25 April)

Bins and kerbside clean ups will be collected as usual, with the exception of a small area surrounding Ingleburn RSL Club (see highlighted area on attached map(2MB, PDF)). Due to the number of people congregating in the area for ANZAC Day commemorations, bins in this area will be collected on Friday 26 April to avoid any potential safety issues.

Residents of affected streets should place bins out on the evening of 25 April for collection on Friday 26 April. Bin collections will return to normal the following week.
