Eurobodalla Council’s revised draft Companion Animal Management Plan, which includes proposed changes to dog exercise areas throughout the shire, is now on public exhibition.

Councillors on Tuesday passed a recommendation to publicly exhibit the draft plan for 28 days to seek further community feedback.

It follows a large-scale review that involved extensive community engagement in April, after which Council revised its initial proposed changes to better reflect the community’s views.

Following exhibition of the document a further report will be presented to Council presenting consideration of any additional issues raised by the community and recommending adoption.
