Council is calling for feedback on the amendment of the 2019 Schedule of Fees and Charges. Council resolved that two proposed additional fees in addition to a fee amendment, be placed on public exhibition for 28 days, until Tuesday, 28 August 2018.

Additional Fees -

Application for Disclosure of Biosecurity Directions and Undertakings $30 per holding - The introduction of this fee is to cover administrative costs in relation to disclosing any adverse affections, (including Biosecurity Directions and Biosecurity Undertakings) on the land under the Conveyancing (Sale of land) Regulation 2017 and the Biosecurity Act 2015.

Sale of Compost Grade A (Screened) $52.50/Tonne (GST Inc) - The reintroduction of a compost tonnage fee for screened Grade A Compost from the Cooma and Jindabyne Landfills.

Amended Fee -

On-Site Sewage Management (OSSM) Renewal Fee $25 per renewal - The On-Site Sewage Management Renewal fee was incorrectly advertised in the 2019 Schedule of Fees and Charges as being $20 per renewal, the correct fee for 2019 was advertised in Council’s 2019 Statement of Revenue Policy at $25 per renewal. This is an increase of $5 per renewal to be charged on the Rates Notice.
