"Pursuant to Section 46 (1A) of the Bushfires Act 1954, the Shire of Beverley has declared a Prohibition on the lighting of all outdoor fires from 6pm Friday 05/04/2024 until midnight Sunday 07/04/204. No outdoor fire is permitted."

Penalties can apply for any breach of this declaration.
