Notice of Proposed Disposal of Property

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of the property at 17 Hill Street by way of a lease to Ms Kelly Roberts for $1,000 per annum with a discount of 50% for the first year to establish a new community gymnasium. The period of the lease is three years with an option of a further three years. The market rental value of the property is $5,160 (GST Exclusive).
