Led by experienced instructors, these pool-based workouts offer a refreshing twist to traditional fitness routines. In Coolgardie, you can join instructor Dianne every Monday at 2pm for an energizing session. Alternatively, if you're in Kambalda, don't miss out on Wednesday mornings at 9:30am with instructor Serena.
