Following Tuesday night’s Swearing in Ceremony, a Special Council Meeting will be held at 6pm on Tuesday 31 October 2023 in the Council Chambers at the City of Rockingham Administration Centre.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

Elect a Council Member to the position of Deputy Mayor for a period ending in October 2025Allocation of positions for Council Member seating in accordance with clause 8.2 of the City of Rockingham Standing Orders Local Law 2001Appoint Council Members to Standing CommitteesAppoint Council Members to Occasional Committees, Advisory Committees, Working Parties, Liaison Groups and to Non Council Committees and Organisations

The public is welcome to attend and there will be public question time only relating to the above items. This meeting will be live streamed.
