A Special Council Meeting will be held at 6pm on Monday 30 October, in Walyalup Civic Centre, to re-elect the position of Deputy Mayor.

An error in the counting of ballots at Wednesday’s Ordinary Council Meeting has been identified and consequently the process has been ruled invalid. A new election will now be held to elect the Deputy Mayor position.

The meeting will be open to the public and livestreamed here.
