Feast at the Quarry announcement
Shire of Collie 31 Aug 2023

Following the sell-out success of the Kaya Collie Quarry Dining Experience in 2022, the Shire of Collie is thrilled to announce “Feast at the Quarry”, an unforgettable weekend that offers guests

the unique chance to indulge in an exquisite dining experience in Collie’s stunning natural landscape. Taking place on Saturday, 14 and Sunday, 15 October 2023 within the breathtaking embrace of the Quarry Amphitheatre within Wellington National Park.

Hosted by the Shire of Collie, this unique experience promises to be a blend of elegance and deliciousness, bringing together nature lovers, and food enthusiasts. What sets this event apart is the presence of Collie-raised special guest, acclaimed chef Scott Hallsworth, who will personally curate a culinary journey with Japanese-fusion influence.

Scott stated, “It’s a real privilege to be returning home to cook at the Feast at the Quarry this October. Not only did my grandfather work on the building of the Wellington Dam wall, but I spent countless summers swimming and barbecuing there too. I’m incredibly excited and can’t wait to be there!”

This year, Feast at the Quarry is proud to be supporting Telethon with a special online silent auction. In the lead up to the Feast at the Quarry weekend, a number of prizes and money-can’t-buy experiences will be on offer, including a private in-home dining experience with internationally recognised chef Scott Hallsworth. Proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to Telethon.

Tickets for this highly anticipated weekend will be available for purchase from Thursday 31 August 2023 through Eventbrite.

Get ready to gather, dine, and reflect! Join us for a weekend that blends elegance, flavor, and the great outdoors at “Feast at the Quarry.”

Feast at the Quarry is a Shire of Collie event produced by Jo O’Dea Arts & Events Management and supported by the WA Government through the South West Development Commission Collie Future’s Small Grants Program.
