Approval of Local Planning Policies

Description

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Capel has resolved to proceed with the following Local Planning Policies, in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2 Part 2 Clause 4. These Local Planning Policies are, therefore, now in effect.

LPP6.1 – Vehicle Parking

LPP6.2 – Extractive Industries

LPP6.3 – Minor Exemptions

LPP6.4 – Significant Trees

LPP6.5 – Heritage Places

LPP6.6 – Home Businesses

Copies of the above Local Planning Policies are available to view on the Shire website at www.capel.wa.gov.au and at the Shire Administration Office, Forrest Road, Capel, WA during business hours.
