Planning and Development Act 2005 LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION Local Planning Scheme No 13 Scheme Amendment No. 2

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Carnarvon has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of: 

Rezoning portion of Lot 626 Binning Road, Babbage Island, Carnarvon from 'Special Use' (SU2) to 'Tourism'; Reclassifying a portion of Lot 626 and all of Lot 1044 and Lot 1198 Binning Road, Baggage Island, Carnarvon as 'Foreshore Reserve', and; Updating the scheme maps accordingly.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been published in the following manner:

- A copy of the plans is available on the Shire of Carnarvon website at https://www.carnarvon.wa.gov.au/Services/Town-Planning/Local-Planning-Schemes-and-Legislation

- A hardcopy of the plans and documents are available for inspection at the Shire's office, 3 Francis Street, Carnarvon WA 6701.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 27 March 2022.
