There has been an incident involving a school bus on at the intersection of Gwambygine East Road and Top Beverley Road.

One student was on board at the time but did not receive any injuries. The driver received critical injuries and the rescue helicopter has been sent.

The road is closed from York townsite (Ballardong Street) to Top Beverley Road. The site is currently under control by DFES, the Shire is providing traffic management assistance.
