Newly elected Shire President Paul Gillett and Deputy Shire President Francis Burgoyne.
At the Special Council Meeting held on 21 October 2019 Councillor Paul Gillett was voted in as Shire President and re-elected Councillor Francis Burgoyne was voted in as Deputy Shire President.
Two new community members were elected to Council with John Bromham securing 2,553 votes and Robyn Coleman tallying 2,280 votes.
Cr Paul Beech, Cr Tania Jackson, Cr Amanda Lovitt and Cr Craig Carbone were re-elected for another term.
This year the turnout rate was 24.96 per cent which was down from the 2017 election which had 31.02 per cent of eligible electors vote.
