The Shire of Capel has received an application for an Extractive Industry and an Extractive Industry Licence to allow for the extraction of sand for a period of approximately 5 years at Lot 43 (546) Plantation Road Ludlow.

The Extractive Industry Licence Application and Environmental Management Plan is available for inspection at the Shire Administration office in Forrest Road Capel, and can also be downloaded below.
