Proposed Dogs and Parking Amendment Local Law 2019

To enable the City of Rockingham to manage and control dogs and parking and to correct clause numbering and formatting errors in the City of Rockingham Dogs Local Law 2000 and amendments to the City of Rockingham Parking Local Law 2018 in accordance with the request from the Joint Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation.

The City of Rockingham Dogs Local Law 2000 and the City of Rockingham Parking Local Law 2018 are amended, clearer and consistent.

The proposed local law may be inspected at the City of Rockingham Administration Building and libraries during normal office hours.
