Fire Prevention Works in Onslow

News Fire Prevention Works in Onslow May 03 2019 Please be advised, in an effort to assist with the current Mosquito Management Works in Onslow, that the Onslow VFES in conjunction with the Tom Price VBFB will be carrying out prescribed burning activities on Saturday 11 May 2019.   The prescribed burn will take place along Mcaully Rd from the Onslow Airport to Shanks Rd Light industrial Area, reducing the vegetation and therefore the mosquito breeding environment. Activities will commence at approx. 8:00am There will be a number of fire appliances and volunteers in the area and there may be some delays on Mcaully Rd Please ensure that you and your family remain clear of the work site.
