Organics Bin Roll-Out

The Shire of Harvey intends to implement the three bin system from 1 July 2019, as part of a state-wide shift to reduce our waste.

Residents will receive a kitchen bin caddie and compostable bags to help them in reducing their general household waste and diverting it to their organics bin.

A few items that can go in the bin:

Paper; Food waste; Dog poo; Cardboard; and Garden clippings.
