I have pleasure in advising that a Special Meeting of the City of Bayswater Council will take place in the Council Chambers, City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley:

Date: Wednesday, 13 February 2019

Time:  6:30pm

To resolve to give local public notice of the proposed disposal (via a long-term lease arrangement) of Lot 13 (30) Winifred Road, Bayswater and Lot 386 (3) Bassendean Road, Bayswater to Fresh Fields Management (Mertome Village) Pty Ltd (a related company within the Hall & Prior Health and Aged Care Group).

An agenda for the meeting will be available on the City's website prior to the meeting.
