Harvey Industrial Area – Signage Change

This week the Shire of Harvey updated the name of what was previously referred to as the “Harvey Light Industrial Area” to “Harvey Industrial Area”.

The Harvey industrial area has been zoned ‘General Industry’ for over 40 years and a recent request from a community member instigated the recent change to the entry statement signage.   The community is assured that the zoning and use of the industrial area has not changed.   The only aspect that has changed is the reference to “light” being removed from the entry statement to reflect the zoning.
