Permanent road closure, portion of Proclaim Avenue, Ellenbrook

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, of receipt of an application seeking to permanently close the following portion of public road: 

Portion of Proclaim Avenue, Ellenbrook, comprising approximately 3m2  to amalgamate into adjoining Lot 9332.

A plan(PDF, 521KB) showing the location of the portion of road to be closed can be inspected at the City’s Administration Centre, Morrison Road, Midland, or at any of the City’s libraries, during office hours.  

Prior to Council considering this matter, submissions from the public are sought. Anyone wishing to object to, support or otherwise comment on the proposal may do so by lodging a written submission, addressed to:
