Cardinia Shire Community Satisfaction Survey starting soon Published: 27 February 2023 From Saturday 4 March, independent research company Metropolis Research will be conducting the 2022 Community Satisfaction Survey on behalf of Cardinia Shire Council.  Around 900 residents across Cardinia Shire will be door-knocked and surveyed to gain insight into community needs and the delivery of Council services.   Field staff will be conducting the face-to-face surveys, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10am to 5pm.   Council will use the data from the surveys to inform improvements to the delivery of its services to community members.   Participation in the survey is voluntary.
