Redland City Council is continuing its staged upgrade of Cleveland Aquatic Centre, with the 20-metre learn-to-swim pool now reopened.

The recent refurbishment of the 20-metre pool included resurfacing the internal surface of the pool and the surrounding pool concourse.

The 25-metre pool will be next under the staged refurbishment program at the centre, with the pool closing for works expected to start in early June.

Upgrades are also coming for the children’s play zone during its normal winter closed season. This will include repairs and refurbishment for the children’s play pool surface and concourse.

A refurbishment of both the male and female change rooms and amenities at the aquatic centre was completed in November 2023.
