41 and 45-51 Church Street, North Hobart

The Hobart City Council Planning Committee has approved a development application for demolition, subdivision (lot consolidation) and seven multiple dwellings at 41 and 45-51 Church Street, North Hobart.

The application includes the construction of a three-storey detached dwelling and a five-storey building which will contain six multiple dwellings (five two-bedroom townhouses and one three-bedroom penthouse).

3/12 Ellerslie Road, Battery Point

The Hobart City Council Planning Committee has approved a development application for change of use to visitor accommodation at 3/12 Ellerslie Road, Battery Point.
