An anonymous flyer has been distributed to select residents of the Huon Valley. The flyer refers to the Huon Valley Draft Local Provisions Schedule (LPS) and the rezoning of selected properties to Landscape Conservation Zone.

Mayor Bec Enders spoke to Ryk Goddard on ABC Radio Hobart yesterday morning in relation to the inaccuracies in the flyer.

You can listen to the interview here.

We have clarified some of the statements made in the flyer and we encourage you to visit our website to understand the facts about the LPS and what the new planning scheme means for you and the Huon Valley and the places you care about.
