Burnie City Council determined at its meeting on 25 January 2022 its intention to dispose of land identified as lot 2, 1 Mussen Close, Shorewell Park, being part of CT Volume 159534, Folio 1.
The land is “public land” for the purposes of Section 178 Local Government Act 1993.
A plan detailing the land can be viewed at Customer Services at the City Offices, 80 Wilson Street, Burnie or online at www.burnie.net
Submissions regarding the disposal of the land are to be made in writing to the General Manager, Burnie City Council, PO Box 973, Burnie 7320 or [email protected] to be received no later than 4pm on Friday, 25 February 2022. Council will consider submissions before making a final decision on disposing of the land.
