Mental Health & Wellness Project in Burnie

Many mental health conditions can go undiagnosed or untreated for a number of reasons.

Assisting Communities through Direct Connection (ACDC) Project has teamed up with Wellways going door-to-door to check-in with locals from December 2021 to March 2022.

The Project aims to  link people with the support they need by making contact via friendly ‘People Connectors’ who then let people know about the free services available delivering an information pack with a fridge magnet and brochures.
