Council is advising community members in Moranbah and Dysart of construction works to footpaths in selected locations
Isaac Regional Council is advising community members in Moranbah and Dysart of construction works to footpaths in selected locations.
Works for the footpaths are scheduled to occur from:
5am to 5pm weekday’s and 5am to 2pm Saturday’s 1 October to 26 November 2021 Weather permitting
The paths to be upgraded are outlined below.
Town and Time Street MapMoranbah
1 October to 29 October 2021
Goonyella Road from the pedestrian overpass to Mills Ave
Dysart
1 November to 26 November 2021
Dysart Middlemount Road from existing track near Garnham Drive to Queen Elizabeth Drive
Pedestrians and motorists are advised to maintain caution near work areas, abide by signage in place at the site and follow the clearly marked and barricaded safe detours.
Council is delivering the footpath construction as part of our commitment to promote community safety, health and wellbeing.
The works are fully funded by the Australian Government under the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure (LRCI) Program.
