Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, both RSL sub-branches within the municipality have adapted the way they will conduct ANZAC day services on Sunday 25 April to comply with the Victorian Government Public Events Framework health and safety measures.

RSL Australia is asking the community to commemorate our veterans with a traditional service, or honour them from home with a moment of private reflection at 6am in remembrance of those who have served and sacrificed for our nation. The ANZAC Appeal will also be a little different again this year, if you would like to make a donation to the ANZAC Appeal 2021 to support veterans and their families, please visit the ANZAC Appeal website.

To honour those who have lost their lives during wars and those who still serve our country at home and abroad, there will be the following services offered in Frankston City:

Frankston RSL 11am           Small wreath laying ceremony at the War memorial at Beauty Park, Frankston (all welcome, limited numbers)

Seaford RSL 7am             Seaford RSL Club will open for a Gunfire breakfast (All welcome, bookings required) 9.30am        ANZAC Day march commences, travelling along Nepean Highway and Station Street, Seaford (Veterans, service men and women to march only) 10am           ANZAC Day service commences at the Seaford RSL cenotaph (All welcome)
