Isaac Regional Council wishes to remind St Lawrence residents that Level 2 Water Restrictions came into effect from Monday, 14 December 2020.

Isaac Regional Council wishes to remind St Lawrence residents that Level 2 Water Restrictions came into effect from Monday, 14 December 2020.

The water level is currently 1.1m below the spillway of St Lawrence Creek Weir, which supplies the town’s water treatment plant. Recent rain has had minimal impact and water reserves continue to decline. As a result, the current Level 2 restrictions remain in place.

Council would like to thank the St Lawrence community for your efforts to reduce water usage, as indicated in the graph below. Unless sufficient rainfall occurs or usage reduces further, Level 3 Water Restrictions are imminent. We encourage residents to please continue your efforts to reduce consumption to preserve water.
