Thursday, March 5, 2020, 1 – 2pm As part of Brisbane City Council’s Outdoor Gallery exhibition Local Design | Brisbane, you are invited to join us for a panel discussion with Local Design Founder and Curator, Emma Elizabeth along with exhibiting designers and artists. Brisbane is an incubator for fostering local designers and artists who work across the intersections of both art and design. In this panel, chaired by MoB’s Brisbane Art and Design Executive Producer, Daniel Templeman, hear local designers and artists discuss their practice within the local and international context. Panellists include: MoB's Brisbane Art and Design Executive Producer Daniel Templeman (Chair), Local Design Founder and Curator Emma Elizabeth, Co-founder of ShiloLydia, Shilo Engelbrecht and independent designer and New Projects Manager at Urban Arts Projects CJ Anderson. Following the panel, attendees are then invited to join Local Design Founder and Curator Emma Elizabeth for a 45-minute curator’s tour of the exhibition throughout the Outdoor Gallery.
