Novel coronavirus information

Novel coronavirus is a newly identified virus that can cause respiratory illness, including pneumonia. It is spread person-to-person through close contact.

The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services is working with health services, the Commonwealth and international agencies to respond to the outbreak of novel coronavirus and keep Victorians safe.
