“The Community Wellbeing and Support Grant Program has run for over 10 years, and with more than $500,000 distributed to our community over the years it provides a huge contribution to many organisations that help make our shire a great place to live, work and play.

“The programs and purchases made possible through this program show the wonderful diversity of organisations, activities and volunteer contributions across our shire.

“We want Cardinia Shire to be a liveable and resilient community. Our community grants programs help to establish new organisations, projects and services, and support initiatives that improve resident health and wellbeing, community connection, volunteering opportunities, the capacity of community groups, projects and programs to be sustainable.

“On behalf of Council, and our community – congratulations – and thank you for the work you do within our community!” said Cr Moore.
