Temporary phone outage this weekend

We will have a temporary phone number for this weekend only (from 5pm Friday 1 March to 8.30am Monday 4 March).

If you have an urgent enquiry that you need to contact Council over the weekend, please call 0436 344 388. The usual telephone number 9599 4444 will be temporarily disconnected. The temporary mobile number will be serviced by senior customer service staff.

We are upgrading our phone system to provide you with better customer service.

This planned outage will enable the introduction and testing of our new telephone system.
