Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Southern Midlands Council will be held on Wednesday, 12th December 2018 at the Municipal Office, 71 High Street, Oatlands at 5.00 p.m.  Members of the public are invited to attend.

Copies of the Draft 2017/18 Annual Report will be available from 28th November 2018 and will be available from the Municipal Offices or from the Southern Midlands Council website.  Ratepayers and residents are invited to make submissions in relation to the Annual Report and these submissions should be lodged with the undersigned at the Municipal Offices, PO Box 21, Oatlands Tas 7120 by close of business on the 10th December 2018.

Notice is hereby given that the Colebrook Memorial Hall Management Committee will be conducting their Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 13th December 2018 at the Colebrook Memorial Hall commencing at 2.00 p.m.  All residents of the Southern Midlands Municipal area are invited to attend
