Cardinia Shire Multicultural Forum 2018 Published: 9 November 2018

Cardinia Shire Council’s Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Advisory Committee will be hosting the inaugural Cardinia Shire Multicultural Forum.

People from multicultural backgrounds who live or work in Cardinia Shire are invited to join Cardinia Shire Mayor, Councillors, the Victorian Multicultural Commissioner Mr Tsebin Tchen, and our local community, for Cardinia Shire’s first Multicultural Forum to be held in Pakenham.

Where:    Pakenham Hall, Cnr John & Henry Streets, Pakenham 

When:    Saturday 17 November 2018

11am, doors open 12pm, registrations 12.30–3pm, forum underway

As our population grows we are becoming more culturally diverse and Cardinia Shire Council is committed to understanding, respecting and celebrating cultural diversity.

This forum aims to share information and learn about the issues that are important for our multicultural community – so that together, we can plan for and improve the wellbeing of our community.

The opening address will be delivered by the Victorian Multicultural Commissioner Mr Tsebin Tchen.

Families are welcome and a light lunch will be provided.
